Division Name Change

On July 18, 2026, the Division of Developmental Disabilities became the Division of Disability and Aging. For more information, see the News Release. ​Some of our webpages have new URLs (addresses). The Division serves as many eligible people as possible, while ensuring their health and safety. ​Services are provided through three types of programs: 

  • ​Medicaid Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Waivers, 
  • Special Health Care Needs, and 
  • State Unit on Aging.
