Office of Health Disparities

The Office of Health Disparities collaborates with the Division of Public Health and the Department of Health, as well as communities and organizations throughout Nebraska, to identify barriers, strengthen partnerships, improve access to services, and reduce health disparities.

Mission

To strengthen relationships, amplify voices, and mobilize Division of Public Health internal and external partners to eliminate health disparities across Nebraska.
