The 988 dashboard reflects data on calls originating in Nebraska that were routed by the national 988 routing service to the local crisis line at Boys Town.

Nebraska's National Core Indicators (NCI) Dashboards
Nebraska participates in the National Core Indicators (NCI) initiative to better understand and improve the quality of services provided to individuals with disabilities and those who are aging. These dashboards present key findings from statewide surveys and data collections, offering a transparent look at how people experience services and how providers are performing.

Together, these dashboards promote transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement in Nebraska's human services system. They are a resource for individuals, families, providers, and policymakers working to create more inclusive, person-centered supports.​

Aged & Disabled
This dashboard shares insights from individuals who receive long-term services and supports due to aging or physical disabilities. It highlights areas such as personal choice, community inclusion, health, and safety—helping Nebraska ensure services are responsive to the needs of older adults and people with physical disabilities.

IDD In-Person Survey
Based on face-to-face interviews with individuals who have intellectual and developmental disabilities, this dashboard reflects their lived experiences. Topics include relationships, employment, rights, and satisfaction with services—providing a person-centered view of service quality.

Staff Stability
A strong, stable workforce is essential to quality care. This dashboard tracks trends in direct support staffing, including turnover rates, tenure, and vacancies. The data helps identify workforce challenges and supports efforts to strengthen provider capacity.

User-Friendly Simplified NCI-IDD Survey
This version of the NCI-IDD survey was designed to be more accessible for individuals with varying communication styles and support needs. The dashboard presents results in a simplified format, ensuring that more voices are heard and included in service improvement efforts.

Coming Soon: Aged & Disabled Adult Consumer Survey (AD ACS)
Nebraska is preparing to launch a new dashboard based on the AD ACS, a survey designed to capture the experiences of adults receiving aging and disability services. This future dashboard will provide valuable insights into service quality, access, and outcomes from the perspective of those served—further supporting person-centered improvements across the system.

There are several licensure data sets that have been mapped to find facilities or services within Nebraska such as Child Care, Hospitals, Adult Day Services, Longer Term Care, Assisted Living Facilities, and more.

Abortion Report Dashboard 
This dashboard provides data on induced abortions performed in Nebraska during the previous calendar year.

Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS) Dashboard
The BRFSS is a telephone health survey that collects data on health behaviors, conditions, and the use of preventive health services. This dashboard provides BRFSS results from 2011 to the most recent available year.

Cancer Registry Dashboard​
This dashboard presents cancer incidence data for Nebraska, including trends, demographics, geographic distribution, and stage at diagnosis. It displays age-adjusted incidence rates, counts, and percentages using data from the Nebraska Cancer Registry.

Drug Overdose and Prevention Dashboard
This dashboard highlights drug overdose trends in Nebraska, including overdose deaths and related health impacts. It also provides information on prevention resources, such as Naloxone availability, drug take-back sites, and treatment services for opioid use disorder.

Mosquito Surveillance Dashboard​
The Nebraska DHHS Vector-Borne Program and local health departments monitor mosquito activity from June through September. This dashboard provides data on testing of mosquitoes for disease they may carry. 

Population Demographics Dashboard
This dashboard presents Nebraska population estimates from 2000 to the most recent available year, using data from the U.S. Census Bureau.

Radon Dashboard​
This dashboard displays indoor air radon testing data up to the most recent available time period. It includes information on the number of housing units tested and pre-mitigation indoor air test results reported to the Nebraska DHHS Radon Program at the county and local health department levels.​

Respiratory Ill​​ness Dashboard
This dashboard tracks the spread of respiratory illnesses in Nebraska, including influenza, RSV, and COVID-19. Data is updated weekly as part of the Nebraska Influenza and Respiratory Disease Surveillance System (NIRDSS).

Rural Health Incentive Programs Dashboard
This dashboard provides information on participants in Nebraska's Rural Health Incentive Programs from 1979 to the most recent available year. Data includes provider type, loan program type, and the county of the provider's initial service location. The dashboard is updated annually.

STI, HIV, and Hepatitis C (Hep C) Screening Location Map
This dashboard provides a map of state-supported testing sites in Nebraska that offer screening for sexually transmitted infections (STIs), HIV, and Hepatitis C. Users can search by address and filter locations to find testing sites and available screening services near them.​

Suicide Deaths Dashboard​
This dashboard includes suicide deaths among Nebraska residents from 2020 through the most recent available year. It includes details on demographics, characteristics, and geographic regions. For suicide deaths, NEVDRS links death certificates with coroner and law enforcement reports to provide information on circumstances and methods.

Tick Surveillance Dashboard
The Nebraska DHHS Vector-Borne Disease Program and local health departments monitor tick activity from April through October. This dashboard provides data on tick species found in Nebraska and the diseases they may carry.

Vital Statistics: Bir​​th Dashboard
This dashboard provides finalized annual birth data for Nebraska, including demographic details and top baby names. Information is based on birth certificates collected by the Office of Vital Records and is available from 2005 to the most recent year.

Vital Statistics: 2025 Provisional Birth Dashboard​
This dashboard provides provisional quarterly data for Nebraska births in 2025, including demographic details. The data is based on birth certificates collected by the Office of Vital Records and is subject to change. Finalized 2025 data will be published in the annual birth dashboard once available, after which this provisional data will be removed.

Vital Statistics: Individual Causes of Death Dashboard
This dashboard presents data on individual causes of death among Nebraska residents from 2010 to the most recent available year. It includes trends, demographic characteristics, and geographic distribution, with measures reported as age-adjusted death rates, counts, and percentages using data from death certificates collected by the Office of Vital Records.​

This dashboard presents infant mortality data for Nebraska, tracking deaths before one year of age. It includes demographic trends and rates from 2005 to the most recent available year, using data from birth and death certificates.​

This dashb​oard shows the leading causes of death in Nebraska, with data available from 2005 to the most recent year. Users can view statistics by location, demographic group, and year. Data comes from death certificates collected by the Office of Vital Records.

Worker Health Dashboard​
This dashboard presents health indicators among Nebraska workers by industry and occupation using data from the Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS). It displays prevalence estimates for select health outcomes and risk behaviors and allows comparisons between specific industries and occupations and all workers across Nebraska.
