Technical Support Sessions for Families

​DDD is hosting private sessions to provide information about the Family Support Waiver (FSW).

The session will provide you an opportunity for you to meet individually with members of the Developmental Disability Division (DDD) teams. DHHS teammates will be matched with you based on the identified needs you include in this registration.

You  will be matched with our Eligibility & Enrollment (E&E) staff and/or Service Coordination (SC) staff to get your questions answered and learn more about the services available. Each session will be scheduled for 30 minutes.  DHHS will email you a link to a session once you are matched.
