DDD Hosting Listening Sessions Across the State

Director Tony Green will be touring the state in October 2024.

DDD is transitioning from a time when individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities (IDD) waited for services to a new way that will provide individuals with IDD access to specialized services when services are needed. The listening sessions are an opportunity to hear updates from the state about this transition and an opportunity to provide stakeholder feedback.

The proposed waiver amendments include updates to the rate methodology to provide a one-time agency provider supplemental payment funded by unallocated American Rescue Plan (ARP) funds. More information, including the draft waiver applications and details on submitting comments, is on the DD Public Comment page.
