Mental Health, Substance Use Disorder, and Applied Behavior Analysis Provider Manual Draft

Nebraska Medicaid is currently reviewing our Mental Health, Substance Use Disorder, and Applied Behavior Analysis Provider Manual. This manual will replace the current mental health, substance use disorder, and applied behavior analysis Medicaid Service Definitions (MSDs). The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) requested provider feedback in December 2025 through January 2026.
