Living Well is Nebraska's name for the Self-Management Resource Center (SMRC) evidence‑based self‑management programs originally developed at Stanford University. Program workshops are led by trained facilitators and help participants take small, achievable steps toward managing their health and improving daily life.

These interactive workshops are more than lectures. Groups of up to 14 participants meet for 2–2.5 hours once a week for six weeks to learn practical skills, share experiences, and support one another. Each session provides tools and strategies to help you better manage ongoing health conditions and improve your quality of life.
