  • Children – up to age 5
  • Foster children – up to age 5
  • All applicants for Nebraska WIC, must live in Nebraska

How do I apply?

Step 1:  Find a WIC clinic near me  

Step 2:  Call a clinic to make an in-person appointment 

Step 3:  Bring proof of identification, address, and income to your WIC appointment
