You must have a current adoption home study approving you for adoption in order to request information on a child. Please submit a copy of your home study with your request. Residents of Nebraska will be required to go through TIPS-MAPP (Model Approach to Partnerships in Parenting) 30-hour training and licensure before placement of the child can occur.
