The Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children, popularly known as WIC, is a nutrition program for pregnant, breastfeeding women and families with children younger than 5. In Nebraska, WIC helps approximately 35,000 people at over 100 clinic sites.

Who can apply?
- Pregnant women
- Breastfeeding women
- New mothers
- Infants
- Children – up to age 5
- Foster children – up to age 5

Step 3: Bring proof of identification, address, and income to your WIC appointment.
