​​​​​​​​​​​​Request for Applications: RFA R-2025 Opioid ​​​​Treatment Infrastructure Cash Fund - Applications Due August 1, 2025

​The Division of Behavioral Health (DBH) is issuing this Request for Applications (RFA) to award Opioid Treatment Infrastructure Cash Funds to qualified entities to renovate, develop, or expand facilities to implement treatment programs and services for Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) and/or Substance Use Disorder (SUD). 

Eligible entities include OUD and SUD treatment facilities, public-private, nonprofit, and for-profit entities as determined by the Opioid Prevention and Treatment Act, Neb. Rev. Stat. § 71-2492. Entities may apply on behalf of, or in conjunction with a treatment facility or service providers.
