The Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF) State Plan describes the CCDF program to be administered by the State of Nebraska for the period of 10/1/2024 through 9/30/2027. This plan is designed to assist with implementing the law under the Child Care and Development Block Grant (CCDBG) of 2014. It is the primary mechanism that the Administration of Children and Families (ACF) determines Nebraska's compliance with the law.
