Updated Prepare to Care Training
The newly updated Prepare to Care training course is now available! Effective May 18, 2026, all child care subsidy providers and staff, including owners (in Nebraska), directors, staff, substitutes, and volunteers, are required to complete the updated course. Certifications must be maintained by the program and available upon request.

The following documents will be sent to providers after a referral has been received by the subsidy team and at renewal of a current Subsidy Enrollment. To become a subsidy provider, please have the eligible family contact iServe at 800-383-4278 to submit a referral.
