Your contact information must be up to date in order to prevent closure of your benefits.

Report to the agency if you have changed your address, phone number, or email address. Submit an online ​change report or contact ACCESSNebraska at (855) 632-7633 to speak to a representative.

​​​​​We are transforming ACCESSNebraska into a new self-service portal – the iServe Nebraska Portal – to make it easier to apply and manage DHHS benefits and services. Clicking 'Manage Benefits' will take you to the iServe Nebraska Portal to review all of your existing benefits. 

We are still working on the new iServe Nebraska Portal. As you navigate through the new portal, some pages may look different; don't worry, it's all one site. 

My Benefits Dashboard: Provides Nebraskans with a centralized location for viewing their current benefits, including helpful links to take action on their benefits programs. Nebraskans will be able to view:

  • Alerts to notify them of actions they need to complete.
  • Ability to view correspondence and letters from DHHS.
  • All benefits they are authorized to see in one place.
  • Specific contact information for primary and authorized representatives on their account.
  • Details on participants and other roles within their benefit programs.
  • Submitted applications and/or renewals.
  • Benefits summary that will display all active and pending programs including a 'Next Review Due' date.
