​You can contact 988 for any mental health, substance use, or emotional crisis, including:

  • Thoughts of suicide or self-harm
  • Feeling overwhelmed, hopeless, or unable to cope
  • Anxiety, depression, or intense emotional distress
  • Substance use concerns or seeking recovery support
  • Worry about a loved one who may need help
  • Relationship, financial, academic, or family stress
  • Loneliness, grief, or significant life changes
