- Accomplish Division's five-year Strategic Plan for Prevention
- Promote mental health
- Encourage partnerships and collaboration among providers
- Continually grow the workforce
- Train leadership to implement effective policies, practices, and programs
Membership
The Prevention Advisory Council consists of 13 voting members, representing state, regional and community-level partnerships.
Structure
- Meet at least 3 times a year.
- Members appointed by the director of the Division of Behavioral Health for two-year terms.
