Over the past several years, the Division of Medicaid and Long-Term Care (MLTC) has engaged stakeholders in conversations regarding the delivery of long-term care (LTC). Those initial conversations resulted in a plan to implement managed LTC by partnering with managed care organizations (MCOs) via risk-based contracts.
MLTC is taking the opportunity to open a broader dialogue with stakeholders regarding a comprehensive redesign and improvement of LTC services in Nebraska.
