The mission of the Stakeholder Forum is to provide a comprehensive forum to explore process improvements, provide feedback, and assess innovative ideas to streamline the provider experience and improve health outcomes for Heritage Health members.
This forum fulfills the functions of the Administrative Simplification Committee, Administrative Simplification Subcommittee, and the Behavioral Health Integration Advisory Committee, which met from 2016 to 2018. For minutes of these meetings, please see below:
