The Nebrask Prescription Drug Monitoring Program (PDMP) is a unique statewide tool that collects dispensed prescription medication information and is housed on the Health Information Exchange (HIE) platform. The Nebraska PDMP is a public health model focusing on patient safety.

PDMP Access

Starting January 1, 2018, all dispensed prescriptions are reported to the PDMP. The PDMP stores this information in a secure database and makes it available to healthcare professionals as authorized by law.

In order to facilitate provisioning and other registration processes for the Nebraska PDMP, we have moved to an online form to improve efficiency. The form must be completed online and is no longer available to download. The PDMP provisioning process may take approximately two weeks to complete once all correct information is received and mandatory PDMP training is completed.

For educational videos and continuing education assessments regarding the Nebraska PDMP please refer to the Clinician Continuing Education page.

For questions or further assistance regarding accessing the PDMP, please contact CyncHealth at the following email address - support@cynchealth.org or call (402) 506-9900 option 1.
