Lincoln, Neb. – The Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) will open its new permanent office location beginning on April 1 at 8:00 AM at 905 Theatre Dr. Suite 100, Hastings, NE 68901-3481. The temporary office location at 4200 W 2nd St. will close at noon on March 29.
DHHS staff in the Hastings office can provide help with questions about Economic Assistance and Medicaid/CHIP (Children's Health Insurance Program) services.
If residents need immediate assistance between March 29 and April 1, please call (855) 632-7633 for Medicaid, (800) 383-4278 for Economic Assistance, or (800) 652-1999 for Children and Family Services. Other office locations are available at ACCESSNebraska.ne.gov.
