Nebraska Office of Health Disparities and Health Equity 

The Office of Health Disparities (OHD) provides statistical data for increased awareness of health disparities ​to assess and identify the health status of racial ethnic minorities, federally recognized tribes, immigrants and refugees.

Nebraska Scorecards 

The Nebraska Healthy People 2020 scorecards present a comprehensive overview of the state of health and well-being and includes current data as well as goals for 2020. After opening the dashboard, click on the "Details" button for racial ethnicity breakouts.
