Claims Portal Billing Payment Calendar

​Claims are viewable after 6:00 PM for the bold dates and days listed below.

Monthly Claim Filings:

27^th Day of Each Month:  Current month's claims for active authorizations & claims for authorizations created between the 1^st and the 25^th of the current month

2^nd Day of Each Month:  Claims for authorizations created since the 26^th day of the previous month 

Semi-Monthly Claim Filings 

2^nd Day of Each Month:  Claims for the current month's billing between the 1^st and 15^th of the month

17^th Day of Each Month:  Claims for current month's billing between the 16^th and the end of the month

Weekly Claim Filings

Every Saturday:  Claims for the following week
