For payment information:
To request a history of your payments made from December 21, 2001, to present:
- Call customer service at (877) 631-9973, option 2, or
- Fax the request to (402) 742-2378 to request a certified copy.
To receive a certified payment history you will need to provide:
- Name
- Address
- Phone number
- Court order information
- Names of the parties
- Social Security Numbers
- County of the court order
- Court order number.
Tip
For payment information before December 21, 2001, you will need to contact the clerk of the District Court where your order was established.
