The Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is launching the new Change Reporting feature on the iServe Nebraska Portal. This transition from ACCESSNebraska to iServe Nebraska makes it easier than ever for Nebraskans to update their benefit information through a secure, mobile-friendly platform.
With this enhancement, users can conveniently report changes – such as address updates, income adjustments, or household changes – anytime, anywhere, using a phone, tablet, or computer. Those who provide an email address will receive a confirmation once their submission is complete offering added clarity and peace of mind.
“This move to iServe Nebraska is part of our commitment to making DHHS services more accessible and user-friendly," said Steve Corsi, DHHS Chief Executive Officer. “With streamlined tools and mobile access, Change Reporting helps Nebraskans stay connected to the benefits they rely on – anytime, anywhere."
The iServe Nebraska Portal is continually evolving to support DHHS's vision of delivering modern, efficient, and user-centered services.
