It is focused on improving the customer experience as they access DHHS services, as well as developing efficiencies in how DHHS serves its customers. Our overarching aim is to fulfill DHHS' mission to “help people live better lives through more effective, more efficient, and customer-focused state government" through our programs, projects, and initiatives. 

The iServe Nebraska vision is to improve access, outcomes, user experience, accountability, and quality of DHHS services through an integrated, consumer-centric model of practice across all programs.
