A more structured process, focused on the draft State Action Plan, is announced prior to the application Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) submits every July 15. That more formal public input helps shape the state-level plan in a format prescribed by the federal government.
Your questions and comments regarding Title V are always welcome. The Grant Administrator may refer it to the Title V Team comprised of seven staff representing two divisions of DHHS, Public Health and Children and Families Services. The Team leads the Nebraska Title V MCH Block Grant and partners with Stakeholders statewide.
