Listed below are regulations that Medicaid is drafting and editing, but have not yet been formally proposed for adoption. The division aims to provide opportunities for stakeholders to participate in the regulations process. As part of an initiative to be more transparent, the Department of Health and Human Services requests input and informal comments from stakeholders who will be impacted by the proposed regulations.
To submit comments on draft regulations, please send an email to dhhs.mltcregulations@nebraska.gov. The Department will review and take into consideration any comments received.
