Lincoln, NE – The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) has designated The Bridge Family Resource Connector Network (The Bridge) to serve as a Family Resource and Juvenile Assessment Center Pilot Program (FRJAC) under Neb. Rev. Stat. §42-1401.

As a designated FRAJAC, The Bridge will provide comprehensive, community-based support for youth and families who are involved in or at risk of entering the juvenile justice system. The center will offer free assessment, support, and intervention services designed to address issues contributing to juvenile delinquency, including family dynamics, mental health, substance abuse, and education challenges.

The Bridge has partnered with North Omaha Community Partnership to operate The Blueprint Access Center as a 24/7 center. The 24-hour center provides youth and families with access to services at any time, including support, assessment, and connections to appropriate resources.

In addition, The Bridge Family Resource Connector Network location will continue providing services during walk-in hours or by appointment. Services are also available by phone or online.
