What you need to know

ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION

Our electronic construction process is designed to expedite the submission of construction projects and to improve customer service. PLEASE make sure all names of the facility and project/phases are correct and the same for both Pre- and Post-Construction submission. If they aren't, your document could be rejected and sent back for resubmission.

Pre-Construction

Document required: Architect-Engineer Plan Certification Form
  1. Go to Pre-construction Submission page 
  2. You will receive electronic notification that the project has been received as well as notification after it has been reviewed and is approved for initial construction to begin.
  3. Submit the Construction Plans on CD to the Facility Construction Office.

Post-Construction

Documents required:

Go to Post Construction Submission page  

You will receive electronic notification that the project has been received as well as notification when it has been reviewed and has been approved. NOTE: There may be more requirements if this is a new facility seeking licensure or a new offsite/satellite location of a currently licensed facility before it can be utilized by the public. 

POSTAL SUBMISSION

If you choose to do so, you can continue to submit your construction documents via postal mail. Please keep in mind that this could delay the processing and approval of your facility construction project.
