COVID-19 Update

As DHHS aims to continue providing essential services to Nebraskans in need while flattening the curve, the following offices will no longer allow walk-in traffic and will move to appointment only visits.

  • Alliance (8:00am-2:30pm)
  • South Sioux City local office Dakota County
  • Lexington AccessNebraska Call Center, Dawson County
  • Lexington local office, Dawson County
  • Grand Island North Pine local office, Hall County
  • Grand Island South Pine remains closed through May 15, Hall County

We want to keep our employees and community safe, so we will no longer see clients on a walk-in basis. However, we are available to serve you. Teammates will remain in the office 8:00am-5:00pm daily. Clients may call the ACCESSNebraska customer service center at (800) 383-4278, visit, or schedule an appointment for assistance. Applications and other materials may be left in the facility's DHHS drop box or an appointment may be scheduled to do so. Note: Hours of operation for the Alliance Office are 8:00am-2:30pm temporarily. Learn more about COVID-19.
