COVID-19 Update

As DHHS aims to continue providing essential services to Nebraskans in need while flattening the curve, the following offices will no longer allow walk-in traffic and will move to appointment only visits.

  • Alliance (8:00am-2:30pm)
  • South Sioux City local office Dakota County
  • Lexington AccessNebraska Call Center, Dawson County
  • Lexington local office, Dawson County
  • Grand Island North Pine local office, Hall County
  • Grand Island South Pine remains closed through May 15, Hall County

We want to keep our employees and community safe, so we will no longer see clients on a walk-in basis. However, we are available to serve you. Teammates will remain in the office 8:00am-5:00pm daily. Clients may call the ACCESSNebraska customer service center at (800) 383-4278, visit ACCESSNebraska.ne.gov, or schedule an appointment for assistance. Applications and other materials may be left in the facility's DHHS drop box or an appointment may be scheduled to do so. Note: Hours of operation for the Alliance Office are 8:00am-2:30pm temporarily. Learn more about COVID-19.
