What would you like to do?

What you need to know

There are two ways to receive your child support payment:

1. Direct deposit

Payments are automatically deposited into your checking or savings account.

What are the benefits of direct deposit?

  • You will receive your money up to 3 days sooner than if sent by mail
  • You do not have to go to the bank to make a deposit
  • You won't have a check that can be stolen or lost
  • It's free

2. ReliaCard (EPC - electronic payment card)

Payments are deposited onto a bank card, which is used like an ATM card.

What are the benefits of a ReliaCard: Electronic Payment Card (EPC)?

  • You will receive your money faster
  • It is a secure way to receive your child support with the benefits of a Visa debit card
  • There is no need for a personal bank account

To sign up for direct deposit or the ReliaCard (EPC), contact the Nebraska Child Support Payment Center at (877) 631-9973, option 3.
