Nebraska Title V Seeks Reaction to 2026 Action Plan - May 2025
We Need Your Voice
The Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) seeks public input on the Title V Maternal and Child Health Block Grant application to the federal government. The grant pays for programs and systems that focus on women, infants, children, youth, and children/youth with special health care needs. DHHS needs to hear from you to make sure the work plan aligns with what the community needs.
Nebraska's Action Plan was created by DHHS with the help of stakeholders. This action plan lists Nebraska's nine priorities, objectives and strategies. We have created videos for each one, to share about their intention and impact.
