Bo Botelho

Bo Botelho is the Chief Legal Officer for DHHS.
Previously Bo has served as the DHHS Interim CEO on two different occasions.
He has served as the Chief Operating Officer for the Nebraska Department of Administrative Services, overseeing DAS Materiel, the Transportation Services Bureau, and the State Building Division. He has also served DAS as deputy director, general counsel and legislative liaison.
Prior to employment with DAS, Bo was the Colfax County Attorney.
