​Can I use TeleStaff from my ​mobile device?

Yes. You can use TeleStaff on your smart phone, tablet or computer.

Who will use TeleStaff?

Schedulers and staff in the following facilities:

  • Whitehall
  • Lincoln YRTC
  • Hastings YRTC
  • Kearney YRTC
  • Lincoln Regional Center (LRC)
  • Norfolk Regional Center (NRC)
  • Beatrice State Developmental Center (BSDC)

When will TeleStaff be available?

TeleStaff is scheduled to launch on January 3, 2023.​

​Will training be provided?

Yes, all users will receive training. Additional information on training will be provided as we get closer to launch.​

Will assigned usernames and passwords be emailed to everyone?

The username will be your LAN ID.  You will use a default password for the first login, and the system will prompt you to update your password for future use.​​

Can the link to TeleStaff be accessed from the DHHS homepage when we go live?

A link to the TeleStaff system has been added to the Kronos page. ​​

Where would an End User contact a Scheduler if they need help with TeleStaff?

There is no contact feature within TeleStaff, you would need to email them directly.

Is there a different signup/registration process for Agency Staff as End User

There is not any particular registration process, users are being added manually and then will login using their LAN ID. ​​​
