  • PB 19-03: Use of Appointments in the Therap Health Tracking Module - Repealed 8/29/25​
  • PB 19-02: Guardians employed by Medicaid HCBS DD Agency Service Providers - Repealed 8/29/25 
  • PB 19-01: Background Check Requirements for Medicaid HCBS DD Agency Service Providers - Repealed 6/6/19; was meant to clarify specifics in regards to types of background checks required. DDD received feedback that it was confusing. We pulled this bulletin to work with our Medicaid Division partners to clarify requirements. The annual background check requirement has not been repealed.​

  • PB 18-06: Sub-Contracting for Direct Provision of DD Services - Repealed 6/6/19; the dates are inaccurate, due to the extended timeline for the submission of the DD Waiver amendments to CMS.

  • PB 18-04: ISP Programs in Therap - Repealed 8/10/22
  • PB 18-03: Therap Attendance and Billing for Independent Providers - Repealed 2/16/21
  • PB 18-02: Change in Notification of Death Form and Instructions - Repealed 10/11/21; requirement in the new Notice of Death form.

  • PB 17-05: Medicaid HCBS DD Waivers Fee Schedule - Repealed 5/23/22; fee schedule from 8/1/17 has expired.
  • PB 17-04: Criminal History Background Checks - Repealed 5/23/22; was point-in-time. DHHS stopped paying for background checks 4/25/17.
  • PB 17-03: 2017 Billing Clarifications Re: 15 Leave Days - Repealed 8/10/22; information no longer relevant.
  • PB 17-02: Independent Provider Crosswalk of Unbundled Services - Repealed 5/23/22; was for six months following 3/1/17 waiver implementation.
  • PB 17-01: Agency Provider Crosswalk of Unbundled Services - Repealed 5/23/22; was for six months following 3/1/17 waiver implementation.
