Lincoln, Neb. – The Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) Division of Children and Family Services (CFS) will host an in-person hiring event for Child and Family Services Specialists on Friday, November 12th at the DHHS office located at 11949 Q Street, Omaha, NE 68137 within the Project Harmony Campus. This event will take place from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm and will include onsite interviews, background checks, drug screens and job offers on the spot. Applicants should bring a copy of their updated resume.

Employment within DHHS includes generous benefits such as a 156% match on retirement plan contributions, tuition reimbursement, loan forgiveness, 13 paid holidays, generous leave accruals, and an excellent training program. Applicants should possess a bachelor's degree, a valid driver's license, and at least one year of experience working with children and families or related internships and volunteer work.
