The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) strives to modernize and enhance the processes and systems used to better serve you as a provider to the Department. The Department's goal is to provide you with a more convenient experience to get the information you need in a timely manner. With the automated Claim Form you will submit your claim electronically and have a fast and convenient way to stay up-to-date on your claim and Explanation of Payment status. You also have the option of logging in to your account to view your account activity at any time.
Below are instructions for submitting claims on the current Billing Portal and the new DHHS Billing Portal, which is still currently in pilot. Unless you have received instructions to use the new portal, please continue using the current Billing Portal.
