If your service is looking for help with triage training, new materials are available! The Pediatric Triage Kits shown here come with 24 wooden bears, 80 pediatric scenarios, and Pediatric Disaster Cards with clips. They can be checked out for department training by contacting our office.
Pediatric Education for the Pre-Hospital Professional (PEPP)
PEPP represents a comprehensive source of pre-hospital medical information for the emergent care of infants and children. PEPP is designed to give pre-hospital professionals education, skills, and confidence they need to effectively treat pediatric patients. This course was developed by the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Pediatric Emergency Training Simulation (PETS)
This course was developed to help Emergency Departments obtain additional information to increase the comfort levels in the care of the pediatric patient. This course emphasizes management of care in the pediatric population using case-based teaching methods. This course qualifies for 2.5 CEUs by ENA and credit for trauma designation.
