Button  Radioactive Material Program is responsible for licensing and inspecting medical, industrial and academic users of radioactive materials.  
Button  ​X-ray Program (Radiation Generating Equipment) registers and inspects x-ray producing machines throughout the state.

​Radioactive Emergency Preparedness & Response Program involves the preparation for and response to radiation accidents statewide.
 
180 NAC Chapters 1-4, 7, 10, 13, 15 and 21 were revised on February 24, 2013.  The revisions did change some forms and regulatory guides.
