Personal Responsibility Education Program

The Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Public Health, Lifespan Health Services Unit is seeking applications from eligible applicants to provide the Personal Responsibility Education Program to Nebraska adolescents. A letter of intent to apply is due by 5:00 P.M. June 8, 2011. Applications are due by 5:00 P.M. June 24, 2011. Complete application instructions, including how to submit questions, are detailed in the RFA document attached below.
