The Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Public Health, Lifespan Health Services Unit is seeking proposals from eligible applicants to provide abstinence education programs to Nebraska adolescents. A letter of intent to apply is due by 5:00 P.M. April 22, 2011. Proposals are due by 5:00 P.M. June 1, 2011. Complete proposal instructions, including how to submit questions, are detailed in the document entitled Request for Proposals (Reissue, 2011).
