Nebraska Abstinence Education Program 2010 State Plan
As a result of the federal Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010, Nebraska is receiving federal funds to provide a state Abstinence Education Program for youth. A state plan for implementing the program the first year has been developed and submitted to the federal funding agency.
