Certification Through Reciprocity
A laboratory located outside the State of Nebraska may be certified by submitting:
A completed application for certification. A copy of the current Laboratory's Certification Certificate by the State of the Laboratory's location, EPA, or NELAP authority, including the date of expiration. The names of the Director/Manager and Quality Assurance Officer of the laboratory. The address of the laboratory. A list of the analytes and methods you are requesting certification for.
