is a cookbook by men and for men.

Men in the Department of Health and Human Services were invited to submit their favorite recipes, especially those related to the football theme, and DHHS staff were asked to send recipes from male family members. The University of Nebraska-Lincoln Department of Nutrition and Health Sciences partnered with DHHS to do nutrional analyses of the recipes and provide tips on making the recipes healthier. Healthy tips are included with many of the recipes.
