In Nebraska, every Class A pool (i.e., a public city pool) must have a swimming pool operator present. He or she is responsible for all pool equipment, operation and maintenance as well as the safety of those using the pool.
Every Class B pool (i.e., a motel or apartment pool) and every Class F pool (i.e., a fitness pool) must have a swimming pool operator available within 60 minutes.
