Water Conservation and Drought Information
Nebraska's Climate Assessment Response Committee (CARC) has been activated to evaluate and develop response mechanisms to minimize the negative impact of a drought. The membership of CARC includes university, private sector, and state agency representatives.
The Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services is a member of CARC.
