Medical Nutrition Therapy
Unprofessional Conduct

In addition to the acts specified in Neb. Rev. Stat. § 38-179, of the  Uniform Credentialing Act, actions or practices which fail to conform to accepted standards for medical nutrition therapy and which could jeopardize the health, safety and welfare of the patient shall constitute unprofessional conduct by a medical nutrition therapist. A list of unprofessional conduct can be found in  172 Nebraska Administrative Code (NAC) 61 Regulations Governing the Practice of Medical Nutrition Therapy, Section  10 Unprofessional Conduct.
