Above examinations will be held at the Nebraska State Office Building, Lincoln, Nebraska
NOTE: The examination application and fee must be received by the Department 60 days prior to the examination.
December 2013 is the last time the examination will be available via paper and pencil.
Computer-based testing (CBT) is also available.

Effective January 2014: Examination will be computer-based testing (CBT) only.
Reminder: An individual must hold a provisional license as an alcohol and drug counselor (PLADC) in Nebraska to be eligible to apply fo rthe written examination.
