Grounds for Denial/Disciplining a License
The  Uniform Credentialing Act, provides several grounds by which the Department may deny, refuse renewal of, limit, suspend, or revoke licenses. To view a listing of these grounds go to the Uniform Credentialing Act, Neb. Rev. Stat. 38-178 and 38-179.
