Request for Application (RFA) for WIC Services

 The Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) is seeking applicants to deliver services in the counties of Butler, Polk, Dodge, Saunders, and Washington. WIC provides nutritious food, nutrition and health education, breastfeeding promotion and support, and referrals to other services for nutritionally at-risk women, infants and young children. DHHS will consider the relative availability of health and administrative services in the selection of local agencies.

Deadline

Applications are due to DHHS on or before 5:00 PM on April 2, 2012.
