A: This table summarizes who can qualify: Nebraska Colon Cancer Screening Program Qualifying Criteria Gender: Male or Female Age: 50-74 Income: Must meet income guidelines Health Insurance: Must not have health insurance Citizenship: US Citizen and Nebraska Resident Health Status: Open to anyone who meets above criteria to fill out the paperwork. Eligibility is based upon personal and family history. Q: What is I need a FOBT or colonoscopy and I’m under 50? A: If you are under 50 years of age, you cannot enroll and receive services.
